The service and ambiance was amazing. The food was subpar to say the least and none of the dishes had a “wow” factor. At worst, some of the dishes required a palette cleanser after we left. The service and ambiance was the saving grace though.

We were waited on quickly and our waiter was attentive but not in your face! We had the scallops and they were fantastic. The Oyster House is our go-to place in Philadelphia!

I met a colleague in town for a conference wishing to reconnect. She asked me to take her to a restaurant with good food and ambience. The pressure was on The Oyster House didn’t disappoint. She identified many selections to choose from and really enjoyed her selection. We were able to talk and hear each other and had a great night.
