About this restaurant

  • Neighborhood gem
  • Charming
  • Good for special occasions
Influenced by the Neapolitan tradition and a passion for fine food, our philosophy is simple: to use fresh and high quality ingredients, to prepare our food as Nonna taught us, and to serve it with love. Our wood-fired pizza ovens are what make our hand-crafted pizzas come alive with flavor and bring inspiration to the rest of our menu. Pacci's Trattoria offers authentic Neapolitan pizza, home-made pastas, regional seafood and meat dishes and your favorite Italian sweets. Our beverage selection prides itself on hand-crafted cocktails, Italian and local beers and a wine list that features both Italian classics and new vintages. As a family owned restaurant, we want to bring our family to yours so we welcome you to spend a delicious meal with us!

Pacci’s is lovely neighborhood restaurant and a great discovery on our latest trip to Washington DC! The inside is small, but very comfortable. Our server was lovely and very helpful with wine suggestions and menu assistance. The beet salad was the perfect combination of texture and flavors and be half size was more than enough to go with my dinner. We greatly enjoyed our pizza with the spicy salami. It had a crispy yet airy crust with very flavorful sauce and mozzarella. We will definitely come back and try some of the delicious looking entrées that we saw coming out of the kitchen.

My girlfriend and I were in town for our anniversary. And Pacci’s is around the corner from our Airbnb. I made reservations for Saturday since it’s a Saturday. When we got to the restaurant I initially requested a seat by the window. It was a little crowded up the window and host asked us if we’d like to go somewhere else. We appreciated that ended did. Aldrin was our server and he was awesome. He didn’t rush us, made great jokes knew when and when not to be at the table. We did the Tagliere Di Antipoasti. It was outstanding I love the fig jam. I got the Wild Board Tagliatelle and my girlfriend got a special lobster ravioli. We both loved it. And the chocolate cake was delicious. When we come back to DC. We will be back. And we will definitely ask for Aldrin. Thank you for the great experience.

Excellent as always: neighborhood feel, great food and - except that first and second courses arrived at same time - great, friendly service.

This was our second time at Pacci’s. We appreciated being able to have a conversation without raised voices. Our pasta dishes were good- red pepper tortellini, wild boar tagliatelle. The only disappointment was the beet salad - almost completely all arugula and only 3 or 4 half beet slices

Food was good to excellent, but unfortunately the restaurant was inadequately heated and thus the dining experience was spoiled by the lack of heat during cold weather. Many things could have been done to mitigate the extreme cold, but were not attempted.

Octopus appetizer was tender and served on a bed of arugula with lemon wedges. It was fresh and tasty. One if us ordered lasagna and the other the gnocchi. We both loved our main dishes. We had a nice bottle of red wine and finished our meal with some house tiramisu, which was served in a sweet little jar.

Lovely local neighborhood spot. It can get chilly in the winter when the front door opens and cold air blasts into the restaurant but otherwise, it’s really a great place to go with friends for good food.
