   We really enjoyed the happy hour at the bar the most. Karly, the bartender, was amazing at making our Boulevadiers. The liver mousse was one of the best that we've had. The dinner was expensive for a very modest portion. I sent back the seasonal special, the duck breast, in spite of the staff's strong recommendations. It lacked flavor and the texture was chewy and being served at barely room temp made it inedible!!! The pasta, as a replacement order, was better although the small portion left me wanting more. Lastly, the music choices were very strange and not enjoyable at times when hard rock music was playing..... We would return for the happy hour with Karly for a special occasion only!!

   The chef was absolutely amazing and so accommodating to my dietary needs and went out of his way to make something different just for me. The waitress was so sweet, compassionate and so nice! The food was truly incredible and probably the best place to eat at in Santa Fe! Thank you!

   My friend and I had such a lovely dinner at Palace Prime on a quiet Sunday night. Every single course we shared was To. Die. For. And everyone from the hostess, to the busser, to the food runner, to our delightful server were warm and wonderful. We had an outstanding time and plan to return for more SOON.

   The bar dining room was very busy, noisy and the service was slow. However, the food servings for the 3 of us was delicious. We all commented that each selection were excellent. Parking is not easy with no lot or area specified for this restaurant. And we were informed that there is no longer any valet service. We recommend Palace Prime very highly and we will return soon.
