Located one block from the plaza and one block from the Lensic Theater. We are a Santa Fe tradition reborn. Chef Angel Franco serves up small plates, farm-fresh veggies, seasonal seafood, and handmade pasta made with local ingredients, paired with premium wines and seasonally curated craft cocktails to enjoy in an elegant and historic setting. Our tree-covered back patio and fully covered front patio are open in the warm months when weather permits. You can also dine inside our chic bar/lounge or dining room with plush booth seating.

Happy Hour: 5 pm to 6:00 pm daily.

We were referred to Palace Prime by the bartender at our hotel - Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi - and it did not disappoint. The food and service were top notch. Wish we lived close enough to frequent this place regularly.

We stopped in for happy hour and ordered food from the happy hour menu. It was all very good. The chicken sandwich and Brussel sprouts were particularly excellent. We each had a couple of cocktails which were all very good and raised the bar for cocktails in New Mexico. We can't wait to go back for dinner.

The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. The ambiance was wonderful. It was a great dining experience. The crispy brussel sprouts were fantastic. I would recommend adding full fat heavy cream as an option for coffee.

Chef Angel Franco outdid himself: lovely tuna tartar, the best stuffed quail I have ever tasted, then steak au poivre with incredible yucca fries. He will be turning the menu over soon to some lighter dishes, but if you can, rush in for a meal now. We recently hosted a friend who is a partner in two Michelin star restaurants in San Francisco, and he said that Chef Angel's cooking surpassed both of those. The restaurant was busy but the service seemed effortless. Wonderful drinks from the bar! We look forward to when the outdoor patio opens as well as the lounge and dining room. Five stars!!!!!

A great spot with an ambience not common to Santa Fe. Nice, dark, traditional steakhouse bar with killer Happy Hour menu. Great drinks, solid wine list, tasty food, and impeccable service. (We usually sit in the bar.)
