Pammy’s is a New American restaurant inspired by the feel of an Italian neighborhood trattoria. Perched between Cambridge’s Central and Harvard Squares, Pammy’s is a cozy yet sophisticated neighborhood destination. For husband and wife team Chris and Pam Willis (who live right up the street), Pammy’s is an extension of their living room. They’ve brought together their love of great food, easy hospitality and chic vibes to create a lively space that is welcoming to all looking for a memorable meal. With dishes that lean heavily on Italian flavors but are not restricted by any rules of the cuisine, the food is unpretentious and delicious. A fireplace wrapped in white ceramic, an oversized salvaged communal table designed for side-by-side dining and rich leather banquets are just some of the design elements that make up Pammy’s charm.

We're currently serving a Prix Fixe menu for all reservations. A la carte dining is available for walk-in guests at our bar and in our lounge.

Why they're an Icon

Executive chef: Christopher Willis

From the OpenTable editors: A centerpiece tile hearth, rich leather banquettes, and a 14-foot communal table lined with flowers make Pammy’s feel like a good friend’s cozy living room. With an approachable menu of hearty Italian American dishes that could include lasagna bianca with wild onion chutney, wife-and-husband team Pam and Chris Willis have created an inviting space you’ll want to return to again and again.

Outstanding all around from the service to food. Three courses make for the perfect amount of food and I loved the wine pairing. We live some distance away but Sammy's is worth the drive.

Blake, our server for dinner, was amazing. We decided to have an after dinner drink at the bar before moving on to our evening plans…that proved to be a mistake. The bartenders were exceptionally rude; it was an unfortunate end to our otherwise outstanding meal.

Generally we LOVE Pammy’s and have been diners here since they opened! However, this time it was a disappointment. Sigh. Server was nice and he answered all of our questions and gave us recommendations. The food was mostly good… However, we were both ordered the recommended lamb dish and it was covered in a white sauce so that the actual meat was not visible; upon cutting it, it was about 80% fat. I was completely shocked. My spouse had the same lamb dish with very little fat! I do wish the server came by to ask how this course was. But instead, I left a plateful of uneaten lamb fat. Was it a simple kitchen mistake? I assume so..but probably needs to be emotions to the kitchen. It was my birthday and it was funny because the (very close) table next to us was receiving complimentary “on the house” full desserts and such…much to their own surprise and glee. They actually said “happy birthday” to me and offered to share! Weird that our server was bought it was okay to do in such close proximity and yet, offer us nothing. For the record, they ordered one glass of wine each while we ordered 3 cocktails as well as wine; and we are repeat loyal Pammy diners! Last comment, adding a 6% kitchen fee (even on alcohol) should be more clearly disclosed. I understand it’s hard to keep kitchen help and they deserve a living wage, but please consider paying your kitchen help more and raising your prices so it’s more transparent to your customer. We generally leave 20% or more for tip, but felt this was a bit shady. Sorry. We hope these comments help as we always loved Pammy’s!!

Great place, great ambiance, great food. Very creative menu and smaller portions incentivizes you to go over many dishes, so be prepared to order 3-4 per person. It is an experience!
