   Last night was a dream, have I woken up yet? No. The food was absolutely magical and out of this bloody planet. Staff were best friend level friendly and informative about the premium menu. I love this restaurant so much I can’t wait to go back to it again. My partner almost cried with happiness seeing me take my first bite out of the cheese sticks. Nothing can come close to this amazing restaurant in Ballarat…. Scratch that, VICTORIA!!!

   Food was delicious, very good service, great place to take visitors, authentic atmosphere, can be a bit loud but that added to the vibe, good place for celebrations. Been twice and will certainly return.

   I recently visited Panchos in Ballarat for the third time this year, an amazing venue and had another unforgettable experience. 🤩 The food was absolutely delicious, every dish prepared with such care and flavor. The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. And the atmosphere?
