   Lovely experience with knowledgeable server and attentive staff who are obviously well trained and take pride in what they do, resulting in a great customer experience. Waiter recommended Caesar salad which was killer (please make sure to share, it is a large portion). We shared the veal and sourdough bread, both were perfection. Lovely bottle of wine (maybe a bit pricey?) Will return, highly recommend and love to see something this good on the always iffy San Diego restaurant scene. Not inexpensive but worth it.

   It's difficult to write this review because this restaurant truly is a gem, with remarkable attention to detail in its decor, service, and presentation. However, as a local committed to supporting neighborhood businesses, I find the price point increasingly challenging. I've been fortunate enough to travel frequently and dine at some of the finest restaurants worldwide, yet I remain consistently surprised by the prices here. On our most recent visit, even our guest from England remarked on the exceptionally high cost and small portion sizes. I genuinely hope the restaurant can reconsider and better balance pricing with portion size, as I'd love to continue supporting this otherwise wonderful establishment.

   Wonderful food but the tables were close together and the ceilings are low so the acoustics are terrible- I could not hear my mom across the table at all once a party was seated next to us and behind us. It ruined the dinner experience. The staff were very kind but it’s too bad it’s so noisy for a 5pm dinner. The manager was very kind and discounted our bill.

   We were pleased to find the Bar had a happy hour with Oysters for $1 before 5pm. They were delicious! At 5pm we sat at our reserved table. The menu was unique! We decided to split a number of dishes! They were all amazing! We started with the Hamachi! It was fabulous! Then we had the mashed potato dish as a side! We ordered next the ravioli! Just a delicious small treat! Finally we order the fish and chips which had a taste sauce. We also tried the goat cheese appetizer and salad. Very well done! We saw the chicken dish which was beautiful but large enough for the family! We will definitely revisit this wonderful restaurant.

   Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Drinks were spectacular and the best Haddock I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend!

   The bartender was amazing but our server was not the best. We constantly had to call for him because he was never around to assist any st the bar.
