   We came here to celebrate my birthday, and Paradiso never disappoints in terms of the menu options and the quality and taste of the food. Our waitress was amazing -she was super friendly and professional. I always order a dirty martini and this is the first time that it was not made well. We sat in the bar area, and the female bartender really ruined the ambience. She talked so loud to her customers right in front of her at the bar that our conversation with constantly interrupted to the point that it diminished the experience.

   We dine here often for last minute special occasions and birthdays, we had a reservation for 8 people arrived just under 10 minutes early and weren’t seated until about 15 after our reservation time. We were offered complimentary champagne for the adults in the group. Once seated I had to call the waitress over to take our order after 10 minutes, a drink was missing, had to remind them of the bottle of wine had been ordered after our food was delivered. A table that was seated after in the same section was served before our table even got our apps. Overall the service was off, food is always great though. Good for smaller parties.

   Had the twilight special. 3-4-5 menu. The bread was lacking and both salads were overdressed with too much vinegar. The rigatoni was great, and the seasonal dessert - cheesecake - could have been skipped. Service was excellent. All in all, a nice place to go for a memorable evening.

    After many, many good visits, last night was not a great showing by Paradiso. The service was inconsistent, sometimes we waited a bit for our server, other times she was readily available. The petrale sole my MIL ordered was tasteless, and while they did remove it from the bill, it was a disappointment. It was my husband's birthday, and while we told the owner, there was no recognition with a dessert or anything else. Overall, they were just off...
