For our ninth Monday Regional, we're shining the spotlight on Lombardia. 4-course set menu // Price $75. Special selection of wines from Lombardia on consumption. Joining us is Stefano Manfredi. 4-course set menu // Price $75. Stefano Manfredi is known fondly in Australia as the ‘godfather’ of modern Italian cuisine. He has made his mark as a chef, restaurateur, successful cookbook and food writer, Italian wine and food educator, and an ambassador of seasonality and sustainability. Born in the Lombardy, he settled in Australia with his family in 1961. In 1983, he opened The Restaurant Manfredi. You may also know Stefano from his latest ventures (Espresso Manfredi, Manfredi at Bells or Osteria Balla Manfredi at The Star).
Set Menu - $80pp

Multiple dates available
For 7 or more people we required to dine on a set menu. Menu includes: antipasti, primi and contorni, dolci. The set menu is made up of items available on the regular menu at the time of the reservation. 10% service surcharge will be included on final bill. Dietary requirements will aim to be met but require at least 24 hours notice to allow for ordering and preparation of special items.

Incredible food. Waitress gave us the best wine recommendations. Her service was wonderful. Brilliant value. Loved every bite and minute of it.

Love this bar and restaurant. The pasta is always perfect and perfectly cooked. Tthe sauces are so innovative - last night's standout was the linguine with prawns and dill and pistschio pesto. The focaccia is sublime and the wine list is sensational, with so many reasonably priced Italian and local wines. It's not fine dining - happily - but suoerb simple food, served with cheer and charm and a lovely small room which makes me think I could be in Florence or Bologna. Nothing not to like.

Had a wonderful 'Lunedi Regionale' dinner tonight. Veneto was on show and our favourite dishes were the Gallina e radicchio in saor, the Anara e peverada con pere al vino and the Torta Putana con Crema Inglese. Absolutely delicious! The fantastic wine pairings were the 2022 Siemán, Occhio al Bianco and the sublime 2016 L'Arco Amarone Valpolicalla.

probably sydney most underrated Italian, have been many time’s would highly recommend. staff all know there food and wine! excellent small romantic venue
