There was no staff. We waited for 20 minutes for someone to check us in for Res. When we sat down, no one around us had food or had their order taken. We waited for awhile and gave up (as were many tables around restaurant)

Food is wonderful, and the pesto pasta is the best pesto pasta in the city! Seafood pasta was wonderful.

I recently discovered Pasta Veneta and have already dined here 5 or 6 times in just the last few months. For anyone who appreciates top-notch Italian cuisine, this place is a must. Every dish I've tried has been outstanding, but the hearts of palm salad and the beef short rib gnocchi are definite standouts. The wine selection is superb, and the service is consistently exceptional, making the entire dining experience fantastic!
