   I do not remember the name of our waiter but he was excellent! Patient, proficient, and friendly. Everything was brought out in a timely manner as well for such a busy evening! Ambience was superb! I will be back!

   Too loud, food came out in wrong order, the room was cold, service was ok! I will never go back!

   Hello Shirin, We understand the noise level can be high at times, especially because of the fun atmosphere that we like to provide. Our food items are tapas-style (small and shareable portions) and we do not have appetizers, entrees, or sides. We make sure that our servers explain this during their initial greet; expressing that dishes will come out in no particular order. Our guests like this family dining style and appreciate the hand-curated dishes.    Sadly, Pelato was one of our favorites and go-to spots with friends and out of towners. Last nights experience was so disappointing. We had a hard time finding anything to order from the new menu. One of our guests is lactose intolerant and could not finding anything without cheese, and the kitchen is unable to make modifications . We asked if the kitchen could add grilled chicken to the Pelato salad and the server informed us that the chicken was pre-cooked and they could not! In addition, The zucchini strings tasted like calamari and the new chicken wrapped in prosciutto is not a match to the chicken Marsala, that was removed from the menu. The most disappointing part was the server knew that we were not happy. She didn’t let management know, and they are more focused on getting us in and out then attending to our needs.

   Hi Laura, I am sorry that your experience with us last night did not hit the mark for you. We have a few options for guests with lactose intolerance such as our Pelato Salad, Prosciutto, and Spaghetti with red sauce. The kitchen works hard to create high-quality, hand-made dishes that involve a lot of preparation. This makes it difficult for them to modify dishes. I was the manager that came over to your table to speak with you. I agree that the Chicken Marsala was an amazing dish! It was part of our fall menu and was replaced when we rolled out our winter menu. Hopefully, we will see it come back this fall! -Olin Johnson, Pelato Restaurant Manager

   Loved our dinner here! Everything was great specially the arancini and fusilli pesto, my boyfriend loved the radiatori vodka and meatballs. Will definitely come back!

   We have had the same service both times we’ve been to pelato, JORDAN, and he has been so attentive and thoughtful each time. We can’t wait to go back

   Food was under whelming. Chef seems to have a heavy hand with salt and oil and little use of spices .

   Would’ve loved more attention from staff with explanations given new but overall good experience. Mock tail was also underwhelming.
