   Our experience was wonderful the wait staff was exemplary and the food was nothing short of spectacular, the only hitch in our wonderful visit was the hostess requesting we sit at the bar for our anniversary dinner. We simply stated we preferred a table, another hostess took care of us and sat us at a lovely table near the fireplace. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who craves high quality service and authentic Italian cuisine. A must visit for all in the area.

   We had dinner last night with friends at Perpbacco. We all enjoyed our salads and pasta. The service was very good.

   The owners Kim and Massimo are always so welcoming . We are so fortunate to have not only their great authentically Italian food but their positive , hardworking , welcoming attitude to adults and kids alike

   Food was overpriced and not good. Very salty, little options for gluten free and vegetarian. Not really Italian, very heavy and overly spiced and way too salty. A sea of dressing on the bottom of the salads so meats underneath just tasted of dressing. Very noisy in all rooms. Waiters were courteous and fine. It’s just an expensive place and the food should have been better so very disappointing.

   Ty he wait staff is amazing every time we eat there as is the food. There was a very large group next to us with a lot of small children so it was a bit noisy but the great food and wonderful attentive owner made up for it. Definitely worth returning!

   Sadly we were a little disappointed in the food. Vermicelli noodles were substituted with spaghetti noodles. The Chartulary tray was delicious as was the beet salad. The lasagna was ok and the seafood noodle (spaghetti instead of vermicelli) was just ok. Our server was adequate but not as good as Mario our server the first time we had dinner there. We will dine here again but after we try some other restaurants in Durango. The wine we selected was good.
