   Beautiful environment and wonderful, attentive unobtrusive service. Excellent food, even the vegetarian option was the best ever! Perry's is a phenomenal addition to Richmond, from the fun bar to the beautiful restaurant. Thank you!

   Took 20 min to get water to table, drinks took another 20 min. Ordered steak medium rare, came well done, pre fox's meal $79.00 person plus tax and gratuity, noise level very high. Not a good experience for the cost.

   Food was good but they need to stop using seed oils! Go to olive oil, beef tallow or real butter!

   We went on Christmas Eve, which had a fixed menu. The first course was a soup. Imagine our surprise when the soup was delivered without a spoon, and there were none on the table. The person who delivered the soup noticed the missing utensils and said he would bring one immediately, but never returned. The multitudes of staff walking around never stopped and our server never once checked in on us, so we had to go to another table and ask a different server for a spoon, which she brought 10 minutes after our soup got there. On to the main course, an 8 oz filet. Ordered medium rare, should be super easy for a steakhouse right? Well, not when its served on a sizzling cast iron plate like an Applebees fajita. The steak was medium well when served and continued to cook as it sat on the plate because all of the items were too hot to eat. Thus, the bottom of the steak was burned and the meat ended up well done when we could finally put it in our mouths. Unbelievable choice of plating tbh. Completely mind boggling. The rest of it was fine, but nothing really special. The place seems a bit pretentious. There were a dozen employees just standing around in the entry way for most of the night, and any attempt to talk to one of them, such as asking where the restroom was, got a negative reaction.

   We visited on Christmas Eve so the place was packed, and I suspect that a few extra tables were added to take advantage of the crowd. Unfortunately, the tight tables made it a little congested in the dining room. It was a little loud and servers were having a hard time getting to tables without bumping into seated guests. Our sever was pleasant and our service was good expect for a slightly longer gap between our salads being cleared and the arrival of our entrees. The 8oz filet on the Prix Fixe menu was good and the dessert sampler trio was an nice finish. The authentic looking Santa visiting diners in the dining room was a nice touch. We will return for a more casual evening at some point.

   I was not impressed with the Christmas Eve dinner. I made a reservation more than a half a year ago. I was not made aware that there was a set menu with no deviations (at all) until two days ago. I had three kids side me and we couldn’t even leave the crab off the filet. I felt as though we were sitting on top of the tables around us. The wait staff did the best they could but they were super busy managing a ton of people. The food wasn’t good. It was definitely not an intimate dinner at all.

   Was celebrating my birthday on Christmas Eve and it was spectacular and they gave me a birthday card. Everything was excellent. Food delicious and the service was wonderful!!!

    Our first time. Outstanding and having Santa swing by each table was absolutely amazing. Brought the inner kid out of all.
