We celebrated a 90th birthday at P.F. Chang’s this week. The food was delicious accompanied by great cocktails. Our server, Chelsea was so sweet and Mike, the manager was very accommodating as well. We look forward to our next visit!

Level of service was way below PF Chang’s standards. No one pre buses tables and so plates just pile up on tables throughout dinner and dessert. There were even multiple empty tables in the restaurant with dirty dishes just sitting on them. Server never offered to refill drinks. Food was great, just don’t expect even a normal level of service at this location.

Service was really slow. You could tell the server was drowning with too many tables and not enough help. The food, while hot, was not fresh. The green beans and edamame were wilted. The green onions in the fried rice had no color. It was like that rice had been sitting there hot holding all day long. The cauliflower was mushy. The white rice was also mushy and super stick together. The sodas were ok I guess? A little flat. As far as ambiance, the lights were on so bright. Why would there need to be such harsh, bright light on a Saturday night? Overall a really meh experience.

Our server, Patrick, was friendly, suggested item that we really enjoyed and the food was great! Prices have gotten pretty high so I was disappointed about that.

Excellent food and service. Had quite a few things and ended up taking home for later. Won Ton soup and Lettuce Wraps were wonderful as well as dumplings Kung Pao Chicken and Crispy Honey Chicken. Good location and everyone friendly.
