   This was a terrible experience, we had reservations but still waited a good 20-25 minutes after our reservation time to sit. It was standing room only right by the freezing cold front door. Not pleasant … Once we finally sat, we were ignored for a solid 15 minutes - while the table next to us who sat down after us ordered and was served their dinner and drinks. Once we finally got someone to take an order - we told them we had a peanut allergy in the group, and he told us that there was a special menu and that he couldn’t take our order. About 10 additional minutes later when we flagged the same waiter down to ask about this menu, we were told the manager was going to bring it. Another 10 minutes after that … we flagged him down again, and told him we wanted to order. This is about 40 minutes sitting at the table without even being given water. It was ridiculous … more than once we seriously considered leaving but really needed to get our kids fed at this point … Only positive was that the food was very good! We won’t be back - it’s a shame but this restaurant has gone dramatically downhill and there are so many much better options out there.

   Had a reservation for 6:30, when I arrive, place was a zoo and there was chaos at the check in with people getting takeout orders, and people trying to check in for a table. Once I finally checked in, we had to wait 45 min for a table to be ready. They were clearly overbooked at this time. Overall, a poor guest experience, and I would not recommend

   The overall atmosphere at PF Changs was great, once we were seated. And the food and service at the table were outstanding. The one downside was the initial atmosphere around checking in and getting seated. It was very crowded and chaotic, and we were 20 minutes late in being shown to our reserved table, and it took asking the main service coordinator about when our table would be ready. If they can get the initial check-in process figured out, PF Changs is a great experience.

   Could not even get to the hostess stand. No one working front host stand even if we could get past the line of folks clambering in front of us. Unorganized. We walked out. Poorly managed. Disappointed.

   We were very disappointed . It took forever to get our food and when we finally got it , it was so spicy and salty , you couldn’t put it in your mouth. I sent it back and explained I always get this and it never tasted this way. Server said they just changed the recipe but will tell the chef to remake it. Had to wait another 30 min and it came back the same way! She then charged us for two of them and adjusted the bill. Horrible experience. I actually threw the entire dinner away. Will never go back !

   We will be returning. My only complaint was reservations weren’t managed. We waited 28 minutes for our reservation while tables were visibly empty and cleared.

   We were celebrating our 30 wedding anniversary as we mentioned when we booked. No one recognized our milestone. A glass of champagne would have bern nice or complimentary dessert. Nope. Nothing.
