   While the food we ordered was delicious. Your special offers to club members are too difficult to use. Happy hour … sit in the bar or outside? We visited at 3:30 and it was cold outside snd very quiet inside. The bar was uncomfortable for us and you had plenty of tables and booths available the entire time we dined. While we enjoy your food very much, we pass many other excellent restaurants to get to you. Their special offers are much more customer friendly. Do the research yourself and you will find your offers aren’t competitive. Our service was great and the food delicious. Your special offers program is poor.

   Started off poorly as they didn’t have our reservation from Open Table, so we waited. I overheard another group had the same problem as we did regarding reservation. Food was good, service was awesome

   Just to be clear regarding this review, My Wife & I have enjoyed dining at various P.F.Chang's locations many times over the past 20-25 years mostly in California, Oregon, Arizona (Goodyear/Phoenix, Chandler, Tucson) & beyond. We have visited this Tucson location 3-4 times over the past year or so. The location has been a 'on again/off again' experience from the start, but we enjoyed the meals and the staff were very pleasant, courteous & attententive. Aside from the aged & worn accommodations & the occasional greasy floors as you approach the restrooms we continued to try again. This time it was a true mess. The menu has changed, many favorite items have been deleted or substituted for lessor dishes along with a price hike on every item to the point of disbelief! The wait person, (vanessa) sadly was underwhelming at best. Our soups were cold & had to be reheated.. then she brought the rest of our meal instead of holding it back until we finished our soups!..she brought out ONE SPOON for each of us, 2 napkins, a tiny dirty pitcher of soy sauce and left. No tray of spices, no chopsticks, etc. NADA!... that & paying $6 for 6 dumplings? really?overall the food was tasteless & frankly gross. Sadly it appears management has gone greedy with a capital GREEDY. needless to say but ....NEVER AGAIN.

   P.F. Changs is a gem of a restaurant. The food is always excellent and the service is usually very good. But, it is not cheap. I went here with two other people, for a total of three - it was a Saturday. None of us had any alcohol, just iced tea. The bill for lunch was $80 plus the tip pushed it up to just under $100. That's just too much for lunch. The problem is that during the week you can order from the lunch menu which softens the cost a bit and the portions are smaller. But on the weekend you cannot order from that menu - you will be paying for a dinner entree. I love this place but I can't go there as often as I would like just because it is too darn expensive.

   We went to P.F. Chang’s for a birthday and to our surprise discovered the menu no longer had any of our favorites.. No Street noodles/ no S & P Shrimp, no Sea Bass.. The service was very good and we enjoyed what we did have but all 3 of us were disappointed..

    We had a great dinner, we started with a bowl of wonton soup. It was delicious with a generous amount of wontons, chicken and vegetables. I had the delicious chicken lettuce wraps, with the old style sauce. I do not like the new sauce they added. and then we tried the new menu item of chicken teriyaki, and that was delicious.
