   The service was a bit slow and the starters were very salty and the main noodle dishes unpleasantly oily.

   Our first time visiting PHO and we had the most delicious, hot meal served very quickly. Service was great, atmosphere was great, meal tasted incredible! Highly recommend to anyone

   Food always 10/10 and so good if you're on a diet. My partner and I both ordered a rice bowl and swapped the rice for cauliflower rice, so really low calories and amazing macros. The only reason I have given 4/5 and not 5/5 stars, is because they initially served us our meals with normal rice. They apologised and immediately took them back to the kitchen to remake them with cauliflower rice. When it came to pay, they gave us our entire meal for free - drinks and side dish included! They went above and beyond to make up for their mistake, which was greatly appreciated.

   Sat by window - noise levels extremely loud. Glass amplifying maybe? Not a nice experience

   Firstly, should say the food was absolutely delicious. And the guy in charge did his best to resolve our issues, but we had an 8.15 table, ordered quickly and didn’t get our food till 9.50pm so difficult to give a positive review. We were offered a big discount which was good, but ultimately we would have been happier to pay full price for a better experience. Restaurant wasn’t that busy but kitchen seemed flat out fulfilling take out orders. Disappointing. But noodles - when they came - were amazing.

   Mum is 80, blind and with vascular dementia. She enjoyed the music as it was rhythmic but not blasting. Your staff interacted with her happiness and sometimes lost conversation with smiles and friendliness. Thank you. Your food was blooming super too ans as Im Coeliac I am absolutely hooked on the flavours and quality you offer. Thanks again.

   I needed the receipt in order to claim back the cost of the meal through work but I didn’t pick it up. I rang after I left and a woman who answered said she would take a photo and email it to me. I haven’t received the email and I would really appreciate if somebody could send the receipt to me. we were a table of three and the last to leave. the total amount was £105.30. my email is r.c.welton@exeter.ac.uk

    Bustling atmosphere on a Friday night but we were served our meals and drinks quickly and these were a high standard as we are used to from takeaway (tofu & mushroom wok fried noodle for me, beef brisket curry for the other two) with some spicy and homemade lemonade and glass of wine plus some prawnless crackers to share (hot sauce, fish sauce and chilli mix on the table). The lemonade was quite pricey and my main disappointment was a £7.58 (12.5%) service charge being added to our bill without being informed of this. Otherwise a tasty meal and 15% off for my son in future when he gets his student card (and if he can ever afford it)
