   It took 40mins to get drinks let alone food. Waiter spilt a bowl on the table. Waits between courses was ridiculous, they seemed to be more interested in getting take away orders out. However, the food was amazing. Don’t go there hungry I suppose.

   Great food as usual. Service was a little under par having to ask for x2 main meals 5 mins after others were delivered, potentially missed but rectified quickly. cancelled coffee due to time elapsed. Staff very friendly, just needed a bit more attention 😃

   Food was flavourful, and filling. Dessert ( waffle) missed the mark slightly, but was ok. Service could do with more training/observation. Had to ask each time to either order despite it not being busy.

   Food is good and value for money. Service was a bit slow. Went on 29th to celebrate Chinese new year as advertised to us. Very disappointed that there was no decor or anything to mark the occasion. Music is ‘doof doof’ dreadful and too loud!

   Delicious healthy food. Will definitely visit again, although maybe not on a Saturday lunchtime ad I felt it was a bit too noisy - no reflection on the restaurant just personal preference.

   Amazing place. Great food! The service was the best. Josh was the person who serviced us. He was very kind, very respectful and gentle. Made a big difference. Took time to hear our concerns and to advise us and give some tips on the menu. Thanks Josh!

   Great service very slick, fast and polite a real credit to the managers, food was nice but could improve. The summer rolls were a bit chewy like the had been overly prepared in advance and kept in the fridge. The chicken in the chicken curry was a little chewy, flavours fantastic though, warm and really good portion. Enjoyable easy eat and good value Would like Thai prawn crackers style than the standard white one as that would elevate the offering. Overall a steady three star

    First time to Pho and unfortunately was pretty disappointed. Nice looking restaurant and quick service, just a shame about food and drink. Firstly, ordered homemade lemonade. It was put into a warm glass and ice melted immediately, it also tasted pretty insipid. Then had the chicken wings which were actually good and nice hot sauce accompaniment. But the real disappointment was the pho. Ordered the hot and spicy pho with beef brisket. The broth was so oily it was unbearable to eat. When speaking to a server, was told 'yeah, that can happen sometimes'. That's not really an acceptable response. If it can be really oily sometimes, then do something about it, or at least check that this time it isn't oily. Was not happy with it at all and will not be going back which is a shame.
