PISTACHE is a Parisian-style French bistro with a Mediterranean twist. It serves simple, delicious meals made with fresh, local and imported products. It seats 180 people and is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner.
Prices are moderate and the recipes nutritionally healthy. Service is casual and efficient. The atmosphere is upbeat with a definite European flair. The interior is reminiscent of the Art Nouveau, which defined most brasseries and bistros opened in 1920"s Paris. It boasts cozy seating with numerous red leather banquettes, a full bar and giant antique mirrors. The restaurant has a feel of "Always been there". It is classic, retro-modern and sophisticated but unpretentious.
The outdoor patio overlooks Centennial Park, the Fountains and the Intracoastal Waterway. It is shaded with overhead awning and seats 30 people in a Riviera-like setting.

First time there. Very nice waitress. Food was excellent. Espresso Martinis great way to end it. We sat outside which was entertaining with everything going on for Sandi land on Clematis but it wasn’t disruptive. We are out of towners and will definitely go back on a future visit.

We love spending our Christmas anniversaries at Pistache. We had a great table near the window and the view was festive. Every dish was tasty. I especially liked the oyster velouté which was rich and delicious. Nice selection of main courses. We had duck confit and steak frites. Topped it off with buche de nőel. The cocktails and wine were nice accompaniments. Love the pear martini.

Excellent experience. Our server, Dash, was very knowledgeable of the menu and French Cuisine in general. Very pleasant to carry on a conversation with. The suggestins he made for our 3 course meal were on point, delicious. Very pleased with our experience.

We have been to this restaurant in years prior to COVID and the food and service was always very good to excellent. Not this time unfortunately. While the food was well presented and tasty, it was over-salted. However, the service was much worse than previous visits. We were seated at 5 pm and presented a check at 5:55. I hadn’t finished my excellent beet salad before the staff was placing my beef burguinon. They pulled all the plates immediately upon the last bite and I had to request fresh utensils with my course. We were rushed through our meal and it was unpleasant. We were concerned with some other bad reviews but wanted to see for ourselves. We will be searching for a new favorite in the WPB area next time. Too bad.

Always consistently wonderful and when your waiter comes to you AFTER you’ve paid the bill and didn’t notice the extra charge to correct it and refund the error… THAT is excellent service! What a treat to see the Sandy light show as well- a family tradition. Thank you, Pistache!

I usually love the food at Pistache. The rabbit Ragu had hardly any rabbit in it. Rolls and butter were served when we were halfway through our entrée. The service was lackadaisical. The steak frite was tasty, although the steak was tough to chew. It might have been an off night. Sitting outside during the holiday season was delightful. We will definitely give them another chance.

We love Pistache and always visit during the holidays — abs always asking ourselves why we don’t dine there more often. Foodie Wife is picky about what she orders out and between the delicious steaks and salads she’s always happy. And they have 1664 (Kronenbourg) on tap. Can’t be that!

We were running about 5 minutes and they were kind enough to hold our table. Unfortunately they didn’t have the Monday Mussel special (even though it is on their website), then we tried to order a charcuterie board only to be told their cheese cooler was broken and that the items on the hanging board were specials from days ago. We went ahead and ordered other appetizers, drinks and our entrees. The drinks and French onion soup were wonderful. My husband went and ordered the entree mussels and they lacked any flavor (our waitress said the chef agreed), my mother loved the chicken entree and my entree from the special menu was good but had too much salt for me personally. I brought it home to fix it up for lunch tomorrow. It would have been nice for the chef or the manager to come over and offer an apology but they did not. The waitress did her best but it just wasn’t the pre Christmas dinner we were expecting.
