This is my fourth visit to PJK the food has been good twice and very mediocre two times. Unfortunately, this was the second disappointing visit.

Wonderful, helpful waitress who assisted us being first time patrons. Loved the apps and then was very impressed with the the three entrees we shared. Nice touch with warm dounuts that are served at end of meal. Never felt rushed in a very busy dinner time. Definitely returning soon.

First time diners at PJK, but many friends told us about it. Loved the complete transformation from the previous restaurant in this space and beautiful outdoor dining area. I found the restaurant to be a bit too loud…barely able to hear the conversation at my table. Definitely “Americanized Chinese” food with an elevated flare. Tuna Poke was very good, while the fried calamari was just ok (but the spicy mayo sauce was good.). Several of us had the Sea Bass which was flavored well, but slightly over cooked. Orange Chicken was way too sauced up and overly spiced. Lettuce wraps were great. Bill for two with one cocktail each was just over $125. If I go back, I would probably stick with the appetizers or try the Peking Duck as they do have that as a shareable item.

Food was better in a strip plaza Chinese take out. Service was fast but not very attentive. Missed orders. Dim sum is frozen and heated. Don’t waste your time or money.

We love the vibe of this modern Chinese restaurant. The food was delicious, service excellent, and, while a bit off the 5th Avenue main track, very easy to get to. I would highly recommend!

Great food experience the sweet and sour chicken, Kung pao chicken, duck potstickers, and dun dun noodles were all amazing. Wish we had not been seated at the table right outside of the kitchen. Other than that, another great experience at PJK
