   Excellent wait staff and ambiance. We had the broiled oysters, featured seafood of mahi-mahi with lemon beurre blanc, and the blackened chicken linguini. All of which were excellent and super tasty. The pasta was one of the best pastas I’ve eaten, and the broiled oysters were perfect and are a must-try. I highly recommend this place, and we will be coming back.

   Excellent meal at Plank! Reserved table ready when we arrived. Attentive service with wonderful drink selection. Loved the small plate options and salads. Main meal was outstanding. The bananas foster dessert was perfect for a Valentine’s Day treat. Highly recommend.

   We dined there on Valentine’s Day. My husband had the flounder and it was almost inedible. It was drenched in butter and you could not taste the fish at all. Their mushroom risotto is good but they should clarify it is mixed with their Brussels sprouts. They are not a separate side. I had the salmon which was very good. The service was fantastic as was the ambiance. Overall it was a good experience.

   Enjoyed our meal and the staff. Our waiter was attentive and helpful. The manager was enjoyable to visit with and we laughed a lot. Not too noisy but busy with plenty of customers on a very cold and snowy day.

   Plank is consistently wonderful. Our waitress, Miranda, was phenomenal - great recommendations, awesome personality/attitude, knew when to check in! Stand out dishes: the catfish and the lemon chess tart. (!!!!!!!)

   My husband and I recently visited Plank and had an ok experience. We made a reservation and were seated quickly, the server greeted us quickly and we ordered two appetizers (shrimp toast and a crispy rice dish) that were amazing. After that - things went down hill. Our server was very delayed in coming to take our entree order and was standing talking to another employee for quite some time. Once our food arrived, she never came back to ask how it was - never offered drink refills - and just generally seemed like she couldn’t be bothered. My entree (salmon with risotto) was fantastic but my husband said his fish and chips were some of the worst he’s ever had - and there were only two small pieces of fish. Likely won’t be back as there are many other stellar restaurants in the Omaha area to try.

I think that if we had checked back to see if you were enjoying your food, we would have been able to bring your husband a different dish he would have liked better.    We did not order any main entree, but had the Planks Happy Hour appetizers for our meal. It was great. The shrimp toast was phenomenal. The oysters were good as usual. The sushi was fresh and tasty. Our waitress was great. Thank you for a good date night.
