   Food was really good and good value for money. Lovely music in background and decor. My only concern was they service or lack of it. I could be at it was quiet as there was only one other table at the time of my visit.

   The food was outstanding. We had dietary restrictions for one guest in our party and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly what was needed. The service was impeccable, the waiter was wonderful! Just a delightful experience all around. Would give 6 stars if I could!!

   Great food especially lamb on humus , melt in mouth whitebait and calamari , soft light warm flat bread , all fresh and all with salad garnish and variety of sauces , Baclava with pistachio crumb ice cream great way to finish . Price of maze tapas more than abroad but much bigger portions compared with holiday , 5 dishes plus salad & bread and desert was plenty for 2 of us although they recommend 3-4 per person . Staff friendly , room on cold side bring jacket inside .

   We’ve lived in Bath for 5 years, eating out regularly. Pomegranate is simply the best restaurant we have been to in that 5 years. It’s in Walcot Street, a great bohemian part of the city. The restaurant interior is lovely - high ceiling, full width bar (with chandeliers !) and table nicely spaced apart. Decor is relaxed and muted, on three floors. Service staff were friendly, relaxed and very knowledgeable about the entire menu. Oh, but the food - wow. We chose the ‘Efe’ chef’s selection, which was four cold meze dishes followed by four hot ones. Tzatziki, bean salad, melitzano - then hummus with chorizo (epic), beef stew, king prawns -all genuinely delicious. But the real genius here is how the owners/ chefs managed to pick 7-8 dishes that are very different in taste and texture, but blend together so perfectly. As we left we asked ourselves ‘when did we have a meal as good or better than that ?’ and we still haven’t managed to answer that question. Good luck to this newish restaurant, they deserve every success

    A group of us went for dinner just before christmas and the food was delicious, we had a mix of mezze and mains and everything arrived in good time and was really flavoursome. Service was attentive and friendly and price reasonable. We'll be back in 2025.
