   Great ambiance and atmosphere if you take away the noise level. Felt like we had to speak up to have a conversation, but obviously everyone in the restaurant felt the same! The food was outstanding, but service was a bit slow. Our waitress had soo many tables to take care of! We will probably go back for the great food, though.

   This is the third time my wife and I have eaten here on our anniversary. The first two times were exceptional. This time the food was not quite to the level that we expected. I had the scallopini, it was bland and the chicken overcooked. The service was OK, but we felt a little forgotten at times sitting up at the front window. I just feel they were little off their game that night, but we’ll probably be back.

   I love the location and the service was great, but the food was terrible. It was under seasoned and my pasta came floating in a puddle of sour liquid. The veal in the pasta was gray and flavorless and the mushrooms were waterlogged. I ate three bites and decided to just have bread. My friend’s food was also under seasoned. The food at other tables looked better, so maybe it was more what we ordered. I may give it one more chance just out of my desire to support local businesses, but they need to up their quality control on dishes that leave the kitchen.

   From the time we were seated until our entrees arrived was an hour and 15 minutes. The food itself was nothing special. We won’t be going back.

   One negative. We were seated close to the door, and baby it was cold outside. With the door frequently opening the cold draft hitting us was not a good experience. However, the food was outstanding and so was the service. This was our 2nd time there for dinner. We sat at a table away from the door so our experience was much better which is why we returned. My husband and I highly recommend Pomodori -- just make sure you're not close to the door on a cold night.
