   Hi! A delightful surprise. The service was phenomenal. “E”, our server, was very knowledgeable of the restaurant and the menus(dinner, wine, dessert). The grouper special was my menu selection and was very pleasing to the palate! I would/will recommend! BTW…… Limoncello cake was delicious! Regards.

   Our server, Nick, was excellent. Attentive and courteous. Had excellent knowledge of the menu for specials and recommendations. We had the chicken piccata which they accommodated changing the potatoes for the nightly special, risotto - which was fabulous! I was set on the Shrimp Cacio E Pepe which was outstanding. Both the grouper and lobster ravioli specials sounded fantastic. Wine choice was on point as was the tiramisu. Wonderful evening!

   Had another wonderful meal at Portofino on March 7. Started with our usual shrimp & calamari appetizer. Always hot, crisp and crunchy. First time trying the Salmon Picatta and it was delicious. Salmon was cooked just right, plenty of capers and a delightful sauce on the pasta. Will definitely have it again. Emperor, our server, was great. On time with everything from pre-dinner drinks to apps to entrees to re-fills.

   Excellent meatball appetizer! Specials are excellent. Had the grouper, it was perfection! Always eat here several times when in town. BJ is excellent bartender. Dave our server was excellent! Love this place❤️❤️❤️

   The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Our meals were by far the best we’ve had at the beach since we’ve been here. I would highly recommend Portofino for a great dining experience

    What a truly wonderful dinning experience we had. The atmosphere was cozy and warm. The staff were engaging and welcoming! The Protofino’s Lemonade was a delicious to start the evening. We had the Shrimp Cacio E Pepe and the Spaghetti Carbonara. Both were outstanding! Having recently visited Italy, this meal brought back many fond memories. The wine list was very supportive of their menu. We will be back!

Indeed Carbonara and Cacio Pepe are two iconic Italian dishes, and despite the simplicity of ingredients, they shine for incredible taste, once properly prepared!
