Prairie Fire always delivers!! Food was fantastic. I think the mushroom toast small plate may be one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had! Our server was top notch - friendly, engaging and efficient!

We love Prairie Fire and have been going for years. I would be happy with fewer pizza selections and one or two additional entrees. The noise level is terrible. There’s just no reason to have the music blaring when the restaurant is full. You have to yell so that you can be heard by your table mates, making conversation almost impossible. It detracts from what would have been a perfect dinner.

Disappointed that there were minimal gluten-free options.

Server actor quickly to see if she could nab for us a dish that was running low—much appreciated. But also disappeared or walked by w/o looking a couple times we needed something. Food superb; could turn down the music just a tad. Patrons seemed to be straining to hear each other

Excellent food and drink. Small but very well curated list of wines by the glass. Great cocktails. Food is consistently prepared with high-quality ingredients and cooked with expertise and care. Atmosphere is lively/energetic but still quiet enough that two middle-age people can easily hear one another talk without shouting. :-) A great evening out.
