Beautiful winter setting for a restaurant. We sat by a cozy fire in a room that had a warm ambiance with nice lighting. The food turned out to be excellent.

This special Valentine’s Day menu for dinner for two was exceptional. The ambience was warm and inviting, very relaxed with the fire blazing, lights low and candle lit tables. The service is consistently excellent, attentive, personable, and friendly. From start to finish the food was delicious. The coffee was a stronger tasting brew than I am used to, it was also delicious. Thank you to Brian and all the staff for making our evening especially enjoyable.

We very much enjoyed our Valentine dinner and evening with Brian and his team. The food, service, ambience etc. were all outstanding. It was great to be back at Prairie's Edge and have missed it since closing for the season. We're looking forward to the reopening on March 5th.
