    Food was great but service was very slow. It took 55 minutes to get our appetizer. Over 30 minutes for our drinks. Arrived early and made us wait 20 minutes despite many open tables. I’m guessing it was flow control? They clearly need more staff — bar, service & kitchen.

    One of the worst meals i have had in a very long time. Waited forever and it was practically empty. Once received it was not cooked to our desired temperature. Very disappointed-

    We were disappointed with this restaurant. When we checked in we asked for and were told we could be seated downstairs where it was quiet. However, after waiting almost thirty minutes past our reservation time, we seated in the very noisy upstairs area near the bar. Service was slow, apparently due to a small staff. The staff were friendly, but overworked. The table appetizer didn’t come until after the salads and soup. The wine list was taken away before we could order even a glass. What should have been a ninety minute event took almost three hours. The food was flavorful, but overall, we will not go back due to the mis-service.

    Not what you’d expect from a $$$$ restaurant. Steak was overcooked and had to be sent back while sides sat there for 10 min getting cold. Service was horrific! Our server took the order and did not return once to inquire about our dinner. We had to flag down a person busing tables to find a manager because our server never returned. It was becoming comical watching her tend to other tables and completely ignore us. Overall food was average, portion size very small and service worse than fast food.

    The food was good, but our server was terrible.He never checked up on us. There was a problem with our salad, and we only told him about it when he gave us the check.

    I was quite disappointed in prime 54. My reservation was for 8 PM and we arrived at 7:50. We were told that our table would be ready at eight so we walked around and looked at the shops arriving back at 8 PM we were then informed our table would not be ready for another 10 minutes. I don’t understand how if you have a reservation for eight that it should take 20 minutes to get a table ready we sat down and it took quite some time for anyone to come over and even begin to take our order. I was under the impression as well that there was a dress code at prime 54 yet the couple sitting next to us had the woman dressed in a very skimpy bikini, and while she had a shawl, continued to let it fall open, leaving nothing to the imagination. The gentleman was also dressed in shorts and flip-flops, as if they had just come off of the beach. During the evening, the young lady sitting next to us continued to vape, and when I asked about the dress code, they said yes, this isn’t allowed yet. No one spoke to the couple at all When we informed our waiter that we didn’t need the wine menu or cocktails cause neither one of us are partaking in alcoholic beverages. The wine glasses were just left on the table until we asked to have them removed. We also had to ask about bread service and were told that bread wasn’t brought out until we had at least ordered Yet we had to wait for our waiter to come and take our order. Our food did not arrive until 9:10. Getting appetizers an hour after your reservation is NOT quality service. We also had to ask to have our appetizer plates taken away. I will compliment the chef as the food was good. We were charged a 31 dollar service fee. That was a Tip which I would not have given. I have received better service from Chick-fil-A.

    We had a reservation for 3 people @ 6:45 pm Saturday night. We were seated right next to the entrance. I asked to be moved only to be told that all parties were "pre-assigned" to a table. WHAT? There were other empty 4 tops It took several minutes for anyone to acknowledge we were there. No water, no bread. Nothing. Once the waitress (name withheld to protect the utter mismanagement of the entire sh*tshow) arrived, she wanted to take drink orders - we were ready to order. We ordered and waited, and waited....finally bread arrived. Then we waited a looong time (wasn't counting) but a very long time for our 3 simple petite filets to arrive. Meanwhile....the area around the hostess stand was buzzing. The Saturday night crowd had arrived - and there were A LOT of them!! They were encroaching on our table SO, I got up and actually moved our table away from the HUNGRY crowd that had amassed at the entry. We ate pretty quickly, had our water glasses filled multiple times (this was a big win!) When we finished our meals is when the REAL WAIT started. We must have sat there for almost 30 minutes with NO ONE coming to check on us. DID THE MANAGEMENT NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF TURNING TABLES??? So, now I say to my party, we are NOT going to rush. We ultimately ordered desert and took our time. The check came (with a 20% service charge included) I suggested there be a way to DEDUCT 5% for horrific service. The food was very good but it was NOT worth the price or the wait. There are MUCH BETTER placed to see and be seen. Prime 54 is NOT one of them....
