   Our server, Kim, was outstanding. I loved the spinach souffle, rolls, and side salad. Prime Rib disappointing - tough, much fat and gristle. Baked potato dried up, asparagus OK, but not as good as Players when they had Prime Rib night. Compared to ala carte pricing of other items on the Reserve menu, this Prime Rib night was a deal considering today's high restaurant prices. We probably won't return to a Prime Rib night at Reserve until the reviews improve. We arrived at 8:00 sitting. The best portions of the prime rib may have been served at earlier reservations.

   We were early for our reservation, enjoyed sitting in the bar enjoying a drink. Thee were many open tables, could have been seated earlier. Took awhile for the server to come and take our orders, didn't offer bread while waiting, only brought it as dinner was being served. The restaurant has only re-opened within the last month after a remodel and revamp. I noticed that some tables got regular water glasses while a ew tables including ours were given very small glasses of water with no offers of refills. We chose the special prime rib dinner, substituting asparagus for the green beans, quantity of the asparagus was very generous, just quite a bit overdone. The noise level in the room is much better than previous visits, the remodel must have taken care of the previous problem. We will be back, hoping the kinks after the remodel have been ironed out.

   First time there it was very good I had to steak and the travel, macaroni and cheese the truffle, macaroni and cheese could’ve been hotter regardless it was still good, but to tell you the truth, I had a better meal at players the night before with the veal chop  just awesome

   Everything tasted fantastic; service was stellar and the renovated room is really lovely and the chairs super comfortable - really nice ambience. Our only quibble is the food (particularly steaks) just not super hot when they come out. Everything is just not quite hot enough. But flavors and attention to detail are great!

   The help did a good job, just need some more training to make this an up scale rest. Food was not what we expected. One order was for a prime quality steak but was far from that in quality. Fat, gristle and wasted end on the meet made for a great disappointment. If they want to be a steak house they need to visit many of the better ones in this country to see what people are enjoying at the price level the Reserve is charging. By the way before this was a so called steak house the served choice steaks that were even worse. Sorry that this seems mean, however we cannot see going again or anyone else after the first time. Please try this rest. , order a prime steak and see if you are happy with the meat for the price.

   Table was very slick-I had to hold my husband’s plate so he could cut his steak and vice versa- our plates slid all over the table. Needs a table cloth. Our waitress was excellent but food was not that impressive for the price and being ala carte. The new decor is nice.

    The atmosphere was great and so were the drinks! I thought the loaded baked potato and ceasar salad were both good, but the filet had gristle and was not ideal. I’d rank the filet a 6.5 out of 10. The flavor was nice, but it was not a great cut for the price. I’ll go back and give it one more try so we’ll see if my review gets updated or not. The server we had was great, but she was stretched thin. There was a huge delay in having her come around each time, but that was no fault of her own. I think they just need more hands on deck. That is a management issue not a server issue.
