They didn’t have any bread and butter. Very limited menu. Service was very slow 15 min before we had to find someone to come to our table. The food was really good though. But would have been nice to have an appetizer option or even just some bread and butter.

I understand that Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest nights for restaurants, so I expected some delays. However, waiting 45 minutes past my reservation time to be seated was excessive, especially for a high-end establishment. We opted for the preset menu, but unfortunately, the food did not live up to expectations. The salad lacked flavor, the beef Wellington was extremely overcooked, and the lobster tail was rubbery and difficult to remove from the shell due to how overcooked it was. For a $300 meal (with only two drinks), I expected a much higher quality dining experience. That being said, the host service was excellent. They were welcoming and even provided an extra dessert to go, which was a nice gesture. While I appreciate the hospitality, the food itself was disappointing, especially for the price. I really wanted to love this experience, but given the quality of the meal, I can’t say I’d return for a special occasion.

Usually when you go to a nice steak house, and you're paying above normal prices, you expect to get the best of the best, whether it be taste, temperature, or even overall selection of your food. We happened to dine here WITH reservations on Valentine's Day, which seemed to be MUCH busier than normal, but we understood the occasion and expected to be waited on accordingly. First off, there was an option to dine with a 5 course set menu (for $160/person) or another option to dine at la carte (as they always offer this), we made the mistake of ordering a la carte..... From that moment on it seemed as though the wait staff took LONGER than usual to take our order and serve us. We were denied the ordering of bread or a salad (unless we had the 5 course meal, per the "chefs" instruction via our waitress), received our food (1 steak to share, mashed potatoes, and veggies) 45 minutes after we ordered it (there were 2 other tables next to us that got there 15 and 25 minutes after us, that received their entire meals and dessert before we received ours), AND to top it off, our sides were cold on arrival. We told our waitress that our potatoes were cold and she offered to bring us a new batch, which came out just as cold. Pretty disappointing for the amount we paid ($220+ total). I understand that set menus are easier for the chef/team but if it's that much of a burden to allow a table that isn't on the set menu order, probably should disclose that ahead of your reservations. That gives diners the option to choose whether they want to dine there and accept the availability or not!

We have been here before on a typical date night and had a great experience. Unfortunately we went on Valentine's Day and, while the service was good and the staff was friendly, the preset menu (which was not required to be purchased, their regular menu was available) for the holiday was significantly under impressive. Started with a cheese plate for each of us, which was simple with 3 cheeses, grapes, honeycomb, and some berries along with a bread which seemed to come from a prepackaged loaf but was still fine. The next course was scallops and pork belly (separate dishes) which were underwhelming. I am not the biggest fan of either dish generally so maybe I am biased, but the scallops had a good flavor while the pork belly was quite bland and overcooked. Surprisingly the kale garnish on each plate was actually more delicious and flavorful. The next course was salad and they were probably the weakest attempt at a salad I have seen at a restaurant of this supposed caliber. One was an arugula beet salad with balsamic and burrata, the other a spinach strawberry salad, and both were the lowlight of the evening. At that point our lovely waitress asked us how we like the dishes. We were kindly honest and she was very understanding. The main course was next and we both chose the filet (Beef Wellington) and lobster dish. Ultimately it looked and tasted like the nicest dish you would get at an Applebees. Beyond unimpressive for the price tag. The dessert was delicious with a cheesecake, strawberry, and cherry all covered in chocolate along with a macaroon. It was obviously prepared and stored long prior to the meal as you could tell by the immense condensation on each item, but the flavor was great. The manager was kind enough to knock a bit off the price without us actually asking for it so we over tipped as a thank you, but aside from the service which was what you would expect at a restaurant with these price points, the meal itself was, like I said, Applebees...

Prime Cut is an AWESOME restaurant. My ribeye steak was amazing! Everything was delicious. When you make your reservation, asked to be seated at the window. The view is breathtaking. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that they didn’t have salads to serve. I figure that’s something simple to serve at every restaurant. Also, only one dessert was being served. A brownie chocolate cheesecake, I believe. No buttercake, chocolate lava cake, crème brûlée, or carrot cake 🤷🏾‍♂️. I just wish they had more than that category. Overall, I’ll definitely be back. The service was extremely helpful. Our waitress was a joy. Shoutout to Rikki, who suggested great drinks for the night 👍🏾.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we walked in, the welcoming atmosphere made us feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. The ambience was just perfect, with cozy lighting and an inviting vibe that made it the ideal spot for a relaxing meal. Now, let's talk about the food – absolutely delicious! Each dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor. You could really tell the chefs put a lot of care and skill into every plate. All in all, a wonderful experience that I'd love to repeat. If you're looking for a place to enjoy great food in a lovely setting with excellent service, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
