   Shame on you Provisions to have reservation time on here when you know you are not open. Really? The poor hostess and staff at Brix and Ale had to deal with your dishonesty, having to try to seat or turn away on Valentines Day night. Brix and Ale were kind and fit us in at the bar area. There was beautiful harp and cello music. That was the best part. The pork rib was not good but the smash n burger was great. Regardless that that would have been the same food brought to Provisions, have some credibility and don’t take reservations when you are not open.

   We made a reservation for Valentine's Day. We confirmed the reservation when asked. We arrived on time only to find a sign indicating the restaurant was closed. We did not receive any courtesy call or email that this would be the case. My star rating is for the service (i could not skip the other categories unfortunately).

   My friend and I have had there jackfruit tacos several times, but they just weren’t the same. We miss having lunch at Jack’s lounge! The restaurant downstairs is fine but Jack’s lounge just has a special magic to it! Given all of that, our Service was flawless!!! it always is! The servers are attentive and they let you sit for as long as you want to. It was a business lunch so that was a great idea!

    every single person who works in is affiliated with Jack’s lounge show hospitality to the max! Very customer service oriented! Debrorah, the bartender was our server and she was very good. Cameron assisted all the way through the evening. The general management stopped in at least three or four times to see how we all were doing. We had a table of six, every meal was perfection, the environment is fabulous for having long deep conversations. Very comfy and clean and open and modern! We have had Steve serve us before and he also provided flawless service of the delicious food and beverages this establishment has!
