   Was good. We were right in the thrust of the music. Enjoyed the music but was very loud. My shellfish was very difficult to get out of the shell. Steak was good. Didn’t care for the onion soup version. Loved the cut outs and photo opportunities.

   The entire evening was fantastic from the time we were shown our table to greetings by our server.. Austin. The music was very diverse and entertaining to listen to. Food and drinks from booths was awesome. As far as main meal .. great except the lobster .. not enjoyed. Thanks for an amazing dinner and ambiance.

   The way the entire New Years event was planned was amazing, nice balance of food/beverage stations utilized between our sit down meal. Our server was so helpful and her personality made our evening even better, we will definitely return

   Four of us went to Pyro for a New Year's Eve special dinner. Unfortunately the dinner was not special at all. Our steaks were not cooked to our specification, rare. The veggies were overcooked and the lobster was raw. We would never have paid that amount of money for that meal. There was nothing special about it. The bottle of wine was overpriced and we paid three times as much for it. It was not a good eating experience.

   We had a fantastic experience here! Service was exceptional, food was delicious. Our only issue was a steak was underdone but they made it right by offering us a free dessert. We will be back!!

   Third time visiting. It was a special that was preordered (although changes were allowed... Changed from Prime Rib to Turkey). Everyone thought it was great value for the money. The meal was done to our liking. It all tasted wonderful.

   We went got the prime rib dinner and it was the worst meal I have ever had. The prime rib had more pure fat than meat. The Yorkshire pudding and vegetables were cold. Understaffed so long wait times for everything. Will not be going back.

    It was my first time at Pyro and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was beautiful, our waitress was great and the food was good. Looking forward to visiting again.
