    Understaffed for sure, the entire dinner there was a tray full of dirty plates/dishes next to our table that the staff kept piling food on top of. Food was good but was overshadowed by the atmosphere and underwhelming service

    Took my wife for a nice steak dinner to celebrate her early retirement. We came in the city to celebrate and shop, dine and play for 3 days. Put that in the notes no one asked or acknowledged about it the whole time. Steak dinners were good but the service was slow and the noise level was high. The music was turned up higher while we were dining. Overall a bit disappointing for what I had been told was a great restaurant.

    Complimentary garlic bread was the highlight of the meal. So delicious. Exciting dessert menu. Sad to see no chicken parm on menu. Thoughtful and engaging staff but service was unfortunately slow.

    We’ve been here several times before and got god service, but it’s very different now. Our waitress was more worried about getting us out, than giving us good service. She asked us several times if we were ready to order just minutes after sitting down, never asked us if we wanted another drink, never told us about the special holiday drinks, we had to ask for the desert menu. Most places would love to sell you more but she did the bare minimum. It’s obvious they want to turn tables FAST here. Even though the chicken parm pizza is great not sure it’s good enough to go back and get treated so poorly.

    Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone visiting or living in New York. The waitstaff is incredible and the food is delicious. Great for bigger groups or small, but we loved our dinner and server, thank you!

    Server was not at all involved in our table. Almost forgot about us was delivered to steak that was rare when it was supposed to be medium he never came back to check the temperature. We sat with the raw steak on our table for about a half hour.

    As always the food was excellent. Shout out to Jay who was covering the upper bar and the drinks for the entire restaurant by himself. Not even a bar back. The guy was nonstop fast action but still had a smile and time for a chat. Management needs to get the guy some help as he is great!
