Raíces Resto Bar se encuentra ubicado en una Casona de época de la colonia más antigua de Puerto Vallarta: Emiliano Zapata. La historia de nuestra casona y el árbol más grande de la ciudad son sólo el inicio de una experiencia culinaria única en la región. Nuestro chef Gonzalo Nogueira creó platillos exclusivos cocinados casi en su totalidad a las brasas. Sabores ahumados, tatemados e intensos son algunas de nuestras principales características. Nuestro bar dará paso a tragos artesanales que están directamente relacionados con nuestro nombre. Contamos con 3 espacios diferentes para que el comensal pueda contar con nosotros para todo tipo de ocasión. Walking in the front door sets you up for what's to come. The glass floor is different, strik8ng and a little unsettling. The high walled back patio is lovely with tables spaced out for some privacy. The menu is unique with creative dishes that offer familiarity with a twist. The kitchen's use of the grill is evident throughout. Service was friendly and professional. A modest wine list with a good range that keeps prices affordable. We will continue to return on a regular basis.

Best meal in PV by far!! Amazing service from the minute we arrived, warm and knowledgeable. Creative food. Bread was warm and so flavorful with tasty sides. Grilled Caesar best ever had. Amazing soft shell crab tacos. Crab perfectly crispy, delightful kimchi and perfect tortilla. Pasta with short ribs amazing. Everything incredibly flavorful and delicious. Highly recommend best in PV!!!

This has become our favorite restaurant in Puerto Vallarta. The food here is always perfection. The chef, Gonzalo, puts his heart and soul into the food and the result is that every dish is absolutely incredible. This restaurant is a little bit away from the heart of the action in the Romantic Zone but is well worth the added effort. Highly recommend!

Most fabulous of any restaurant in Puerto Vallarta! Food is outstanding and innovative- you won't find the flavor profiles anywhere else. World class food. And marvelous experience all around Our new favorite restaurant!

ABSOLUTELY EXQUISITE! If you have not booked at table @ Racies, please do so quick! The restaurant is gorgeous, the service perfect and the food beyond delicious. It’s off the beaten path of all the tourist trap restaurants so many won’t see and also because they’ve been around a year or so. This was our 4th time in PV, but 1st eating at Raíces and we’d rank it Top 3 or 2. Karla our server was phenomenal, knowledgeable and always with a smile. DELICIOUS!

The chef here is amazing and has some unique dishes infused with natural wood smoke like a spice - not overwhelming - but perfectly complimenting the food. The staff is amazing, especially Carla!
