   There is a lot going, which is to be expected. The service was good and the food was same as any other chain, very processed .The boat ride was a must for the kids.

   Our entrees arrived at the same time as our appetizer. We ate the appetizer while our entrees got cold. When we complained to the waitress, she said “there’s nothing we can do about it”. Disappointed

   Service was great. Seated immediately. Waitress was fast & professional. Food was delicious. The rainforest theme was awesome. Free parking. Highly recommend.

   Our yearly Galveston gymnastic trip always brings us to Rainforest to also celebrate my youngest son’s birthday. It is a hot spot for families, understandably so, and they are always so busy that we weren’t worried about running behind our reservation. We were greeted quickly and cordially by our server, Seth, and soon after by management who apologized for our longer than expected wait time and dropped off some appetizers on their behalf. We were very pleasantly surprised and very appreciative! We are also thankful for the staff who stop what they are doing to help wish my son happy birthday with the cake, I can imagine having to do so many celebrations a night it can be monotonous but everyone makes it appear like it’s the only one and that was a highlight of my son’s day. Thank you to Seth and the staff for making the food and experience enjoyable, we can’t wait for our next visit.
