Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! You can dine in our newly renovated indoor dining room; along with our covered & heated Veranda Patio. Bistro Europa seating includes bistro tables, high tops, and fully outdoor picnic tables! Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

    Food was AMAZING!! The portions were a bit small but very tasty. Staff was professional and insightful. It is not well lit on the outside, so it was a bit of an adventure finding our way in.

    Beautiful venue. Great service. The Chef's and waitress happily worked around options for food allergies!! Founders Reserve is now my favorite dry red wine.

Rayson offers an exceptional dining experience, especially during the holiday season when the decorations transform the space into a festive wonderland. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Our food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that showcased remarkable culinary skill, while the wine selection was nothing short of exquisite—truly top-tier.     Had a wonderful time at Cafe Europa after wine tasting at Rayson. Sat by the fire with lamp heaters and was comfortable while it was 40 degrees out. The food was phenomenal! My boyfriend says the filet was the best he’s ever had! Pork ribeye and Brussels were also delicious. Picked a great wine to go with all our meals (Founder’s reserve) and the service was very attentive. Thank you!

    the staff is always amazing and very knowledgeable about the company and their wine. The kitchen has two amazing chefs. I have never had a plate that I didn't like.
