   We had Valentine’s Day reservations towards the end of peak dinner time. Our food and drinks were tasty. Service was polite and efficient. Good dinner!

   First I will say I served entirely through college to pay my bills. I understand there can be delays in the kitchen or short staffing. The restaurant was not full. There were 6 waitstaff (a gal with blonde dredlocks, a middle aged fella with dark hair, a very pregnant gal, an older blonde with some extra sand in her hourglass, a blonde with short wavy hair, and was our waitress with dark hair Shaley.) We were seated within 10 minutes which wasn’t bad considering we used open table yo secure our time. We came to celebrate after my kid’s softball game. We arrived at 7:45pm. We got our drinks late. Then didn’t get any sweeteners or lemons for tea until the second glass. Our food arrived after 1 hour at 9pm! We did not get appetizers. The shrimp was dry and had obviously been under the salamander for some time! We got all you can eat shrimp. The next round took 25 minutes. By then our kids were falling asleep. It was almost 9:30. We didn’t get refills until our food was gone. We put in another order of shrimp at that time that arrived at 9:55 right before closing. Getting so little out of the promotion when you have to sit here for nearly a half an hour just to get another serving of shrimp. We noticed it wasn’t just us too. The table beside us had a boy celebrating a birthday sat just before us … their food came out so late too they packaged most of it up… and he got his birthday icecream there. The table to the other side ordered chicken tenders and was served grilled chicken she doesn’t like or eat. This was a special treat as a late birthday/ softball win outing. It was one of the absolute worst services I have ever had! My mother and I spoke with the manager on the way out. He may have been the kitchen manager wearing a blue apron. He said they’ve been really busy and it had been a crazy night…sorry. The whole Mickey Mouse operation at this store was awful. We may never come back to this Red Lobster again. A $140 bill for 6 isn’t worth it!

   We had a "reservation" for 6:15. When we arrived, the hostess said she would put our name on the wait list. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked why we had not been seated, and she said there were 13 parties to be seated before us. I told her we had a reservation, and she replied that they don't take reservations. Our name was put on the list when we arrived according to her. I asked what good it did to make a reservation, and she had no answer. After talking to the manager, we were seated, but Open Table should not be advertising a reservation system if Red Lobster is not going to abide by the system.

   It was Christmas Eve dinner and no one wanted to cook. Everyone got something a little different from the burger to the ultimate feast. Nobody was hungry and we all had a good time.

   Used the app for reservations but upon arrival were told we would have at least a 20 min wait. Everyone else in the lobby had been seated and we were still waiting. Upon asking if it made a difference that the call ahead seating had been used, I was told it made no difference. Not very happy with that response! Service and food very good.

    hated all the covid BS but understand.....waiting time was only 5 min after call-ahead seating time...server was Cheyenne as she was exceptional...disappointed in my lobster tail but all in all it was fine...
