   it was a very lengthy weight and I told him that I had a reservation with OpenTable and they acted as if they never heard of social time. I was not on the reservation list and I still had to wait over an hour to be seated. They didn’t seem to be extremely busy however I didn’t notice a lot of to go orders and GrubHub orders. you would think it being a lovers holiday Valentine’s Day that they would cater more to in-house orders versus to go orders. My party spent over $700.

   Service was great and seating was very timely. So glad we made a reservation for Valentine’s Day! This restaurant made this occasion day special!

   When we arrived, we told them we had a reservation for 715 she said oh our tablet is not connected to that we don’t have your reservations. We had to wait 45 minutes with very little attendance from the hostess or the manager, dirty tables everywhere finally a waitress saw us and said y’all have been here forever. Come with me I will seat you she took amazing care of us and actually made it worth the wait but was very disappointed that OpenTable does not work for them. We use it everywhere, and are usually very satisfied, the food came out fast and it tasted great

   They were dang near out of everything on the menu couldn’t go enjoy what I wanted because they didn’t have it.

   We were seated promptly based on our seating time request. Our server was attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was prepared and served at the pace we expected. All in all a very pleasant experience and we hope to visit again soon.

   We did not get a chance to eat. There was a conference dinner going on when we arrived. Their system was down so they could not see the reservations or prioritize my seating although I showed them the email. I had my 3 -year-old who was hungry and ready to eat. We waited 20 minutes pass our reservation and decided to leave because my son started crying because it was taking so long. The hostess was nice and I do not blame her. The restaurant was busy for a Tuesday night and understaffed with an event taking place during dinner time.

   We chose priority seating for 7:30pm at this Red Lobster. When we got to the restaurant, the hostess said she didn’t know what I was talking about. I asked for the manager and showed her the confirmation. The manager said they aren’t set up for Open Table and don’t get those reservations because their computer doesn’t work. We still had to wait for a table. When we finally got sat, our waitress was absolutely amazing, but we waited forever to get our food.

    Food was good, but server had to many tables and was over extended so it took longer to get things. Endless shrimp was good, but because service was slow, we were there for 3 hours!
