Went there becauseof the crab Feast promotion. Crabs were great and the price was acceptable. Because of the Feast, Service was lacking.

We were disappointed the Create Your Own Platter had jumped $7 since our last visit. It sounds contradictory but it was to much food for lunch, the salad is now an upcharge and no longer just a side choice. I would have much rather have had a lunch portion at a lower price. The calms were over cooked and many were just breading. You expect lunch to be smaller than dinner since most people are not going directly home to take leftovers.

Live Maine Lobster was very overcooked. Informed waitress but nothing was done. Other than that the food was good.

It’s very misleading in OpenTable when you make a reservation. Then in fine print you see that you really are only getting on a wait list which does nothing for you when you check in. They told us 15 to 20 minute wait. After an hour and 15 mins we got a table. Ordered and food took over an hour to come. Could have gone to a nice restaurant with a 45 min wait and been much happier. Awful experience

I observe Lenten rituals for not eating meat. I find Red Lobster a great value with great seafood taste and presentation.
