We had an excellent server; very prompt and she had a great attitude. The food was great, and the Brussels Sprouts were the best I’ve tasted anywhere. We had crab legs and they were good but we’re too expensive for what they were. It was an expensive meal but we enjoyed it.

The restaurant hours said open on google and open table. The reservation was also accepted. Got to the restaurant and it was closed.

I never give major chains a 5-star review. They’re too standardized to allow for variations on their standard fare. That is also the good news. You can go there and pretty much know what you’re getting. It’s the level of service that makes the difference and this is the only Red Lobster I’ve been to in several years. I have been back because servers like Delaney (our server last night) have made us feel like guests, not burdens to move in and out as quickly as possible. The best way to compete with upper scale restaurants is with service. This “store” has figured that out.

Arrived at 430 for an early dinner before returning home from an outing to find a nearly empty restaurant which was fine with us since we were hungry and ready to eat. Our waitress came by and got our drink order and when we asked for a couple of minutes to look over the menu she gave us around 8 minutes. No big deal, right? We ordered, the food came out , hot and delicious in a timely manner. We did see our server one more time while we were eating (restaurant was still deserted at the time) but when we were done eating waited a good ten minutes for her to come by to check if we wanted desert, or a check, or anything at all. Not acceptable. My wife asked for doggie bags when she paid the server and we waited another 5 minutes while she greeted her now second table and filled their drink order before granting our wish for to go containers. Overall really good food, overall terrible service. Not a good dining experience.

Service was extremely slow after seated (never waited this long anywhere) . Server was very sweet. Food was not good which is unusual for this location. Lobster tail was overcooked. Just not a good trip tonight.
