They first said they don’t use open table reservations then they found my reservation and we ordered the all you can eat shrimp to along time to get them and then the second round of shrimp almost nearly impossible to get sat for over 40 min waiting on the order of second shrimp and I just asked for the check and left been there three times now and each time it has been a not so wonderful time out

Our Server, Juan, did his usual fantastic job. He is a true asset to this particular Red Lobster which is why we keep coming back. Of course, the good food helps, too!

The service was great. The lobster and shrimp tacos were very good and tasted excellent. The clam chowder however was just average. My wife noted that "I've had much better."

Waiter was horrible, had to get someone else to help us 3 times after waiting a forever for anything. He never came back after taking our order, ever. Gave the other waiter the tip for having to help.

I've eaten at Red Lobsters in at least four states, and the consistency of the menu and food preparation is the same, namely excellent. The welcome is always friendly, the table service is always pleasant, and the entrees are proportioned exactly right. This was true at this location. The restaurant is in a mall, but it's spacious, well-lit, and comfortable. I was a visitor to Tucson, but if I lived here, I'd be a regular customer.
