First time going waited 1 hr for my food . The live band was great . The sliders was okay , food was hot and fresh. Our waitress was great that’s what kept us smiling and not catching a attitude

Service was horrible. I made reservations and still had to wait 45 minutes for a table. After waiting 45 minutes to be seated I had to wait an additional 40 minute's to be served. I ended up leaving because after waiting all that time I wasn't even served a drink. It was just just terrible service.

I took my daughter out for Valentine’s Day and we were not disappointed. We started off with the salmon bites, they were dry but they came with a sweet sauce that made them tolerable. For my entree I had the short ribs over mashed potatoes with a side of collard greens. The short ribs were flavorful and tender, the collards did not disappoint either. They were doing karaoke by 8pm so things got a little loud but it was still a good time.

Over crowded which slowed down service; someone passed out in the kitchen (hope they’re ok), the live band sang two songs and left; and we weren’t seated for over an hour. Food was good per usual, but I’ll stick to brunch or other earlier times/days because it was too much going on to enjoy like we usually do.

My husband and some friends of ours dined in on Saturday night. This was our 1st time coming and we all were looking forward to eating some good food and hearing some good music. Corey, I think is her name was our server. I appreciate her pleasant attitude but I was very unhappy with the food and attitude of the manager. I had a gut feeling things were going to go left when we weren't given any silverware. When we asked for a fork, we were told the dishwasher wasn't working and handed a plastic fork. My husband had the lamb, chops, collard greens, and mashed potatoes. The collard greens were ice cold. The mashed potatoes were bland. It tastes like box potatoes. My friend had some type of loaded baked potato and it was rock hard. They just piled veggies and meat on top of it. It was very disappointing. We waited patiently for our food just for some of it to come out cold. Corey did take the food back to the kitchen but no one wanted to wait or try anything else at this point. The manager was informed, however, he took a bit to come to our table to address the issue. When I did explain to him what happened he stated, I'm aware and I have 5 other issues to deal with 1st. Note taken I will never visit this establishment again. Attitude and approach make a big difference

Music here is way too loud. Multiple tables around us were also complaining and no one cared. One waitress agreed but said the DJ didn’t wanna turn it down. You have to tell across the table. Each meal arrived to the table separately. So we all ate at different times but ordered together? They forgot to bring grits to our table and still wanted to charge us. The grits arrived way after we ate but was told it’ll be 5 mins initially. This place needs to take customer service and get their kitchen staff on one accord.
