   We always enjoy the Redeye. This particular Saturday evening the service was extremely slow. Perhaps because they had a private party going on in the back room. Our server was friendly and helpful. We all ordered filet mignon. Mine was not cooked to temperature requested - I switched with my husband rather than send it back because of the long wait for our order.

   It’s a good brunch menu and a wonderful way to introduce a young person to the excitement of Manhattan.

   Server did not check in between courses yet continuously checked on the table next to us. He didn’t crumb the table after apps. Server did not ask us for another round of drinks after our first. I sat with an empty glass for 25mins before he approached us again to clear entrees. I asked for the drink menu and he never came back to get my order. Just kept walking by our table ignoring us. We had to ask the server assistant for the check. He never offered dessert menus. As someone who works in restaurant management this is experience was highly disappointing.

   I've dined at the Red-eye Grill a few times. It's one of my favorite restaurants. I've ordered different items on the menu ranging from appetizers to the main course including desserts and have not been disappointed. Our server Jelena R was fantabulous! She helped make our dining experience more enjoyable and wonderful. The homemade chocolate chip cookies are delish! I enjoy the cotton candy too! A unique touch to celebrate any occasion.

   We decided to give Redeye Grill a second chance after a disappointing visit. Confirmed our sense that it is overpriced and the food is meh. The shrimp cocktail shrimp were on the small side and the other portions were also on the small side. The presentation of the lobster roll was interesting but the bread and lobster were mediocre. Not worth going

   The Red Eye Grill is conveniently located on 7th Ave, across from Carnegie Hall. The menu is sufficiently interesting, the food we ordered was tasty, the meal was paced well, and the service, excellent. It's pretty inside, and I would highly recommend it. It's not cheap, but it wasn't outrageous, either. Thank you for an enjoyable evening!

    We visited Redeye m Grill on our last night in New York and it did not disappoint! There was a live pianist/singer who sang all the latest pop covers. The food was delicious and the service was so friendly. They gave us recommendations for a nightlife in the area, which were also a hit! I 100% recommend Redeye Grill!
