I wish I could give it zero stars, the food was so terrible. No music, so very weird vibes. Space is gorgeous though.

El ambiente y servicio increible, la mesera sumamente atenta a nuestras necesidades anticipándose, el ambiente muy romántico que era justo lo que buscabamos para la ocasión, buena musica en vivo (piano) pero la comido pudo estar mejor.

The food was impeccable and service is amazing. The staff go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience. Highly recommend a visit, stay, and dining at Casa Santo Domingo!

The worst service what I had in my all trip in Guatemala… I had to tell and question the manager is that a 5 star hotel restaurant because the service doesn’t even get to the 2 star level

The food that they give us was not made at the moment. The buffet was already closing and they didn’t want to cook more. Also we did mentioned on the reservation that it was my wife birthday and they did not celebrate her. But they celebrated the table next to us. It was a little too bad for us that day

Ambiance is lovely which is what you pay for. We had a large group next to us which changed the vibe. Bread and tuna appetizer were great but the main (pumpkin ravioli) was so sweet and neither of us ate much. Very disappointing for the price. Other complaint would be the service. We probably had 6 different people wait on us. No personalized service and it was rushed. Overall felt we paid too much for what we got. One and done.
