   The food and service were excellent. Chefs specials were outstanding! Beef wellington should be added to the menu as a meal entree. Noise level was very high, and it was difficult to have normal table conversations.

   My wife & I celebrated our 42nd wedding anniversary on 12/17. Overall I was disappointed. Firstly, it is VERY hard to have a decent conversation because of the noise level. That may not bother some but definitely not what we were anticipating... I wish we had known it was possible to "share" one salad. My wife had the beet and I had the wedge. Both of us only ate half. This was our first visit. Yes we could have asked but we "assumed" the portion would be smaller. Wife had the duck breast special. She enjoyed it very much. I had the Delmonico. It is my favorite cut (along with bone-in ribeye). The menu clearly states it is "prime" but it doesn't have the magic added words "USDA graded". The steak was mealy, not marbled and essentially very little flavor. I won't list the number of times I have had delmonico's or mention where I have had them. I'll simply say this is the second delmonico I have had in Ocala and I had the same issues... Each person has their own tastes, standards, etc. Sadly, Remington's didn't "pass" my test.

   We celebrate our wedding anniversary and everything was perfectly detailed. Our waiter Mario was excellent and very attentive. Highly recommended.

   Our first visit to Remington and will no be our last. We enjoy going to high end places where service is a premium. This place checks all the boxes in a big way. This is high end steak and amazing food. The chefs here are next level and I recommend. Very highly.

   The food was amazing as was the service! A very nice place to go! The fried green tomatoes were amazing as was the ceasar salad and steaks!

    Even though the place was packed our waiter, Tyler was very attentive. Our appetizers (shrimp cocktail) and lobster bisque was wonderful. Also loved the beet salad with apples and fresh blueberries.
