It is our goal to have our menu derive from fresh and local seasonal ingredients from Hudson Valley and New York area. By supporting sustainable practices, our guests have the pleasure of experiencing what farm to table dining is about and offering a new take on American Cuisine. We strive to create a memorable experience not only in our food but also with the rich history 19|15 offers. The over 100-year-old fireplace is in the main dining room. Food and service were very good. Serving sizes were generous and the pork chop I had was thick and perfectly cooked. My wife had the chicken and it too was perfectly cooked and tasted great. The only real issue we had was the seating. It is always a bit of a struggle to ask for a different table. Plus we wanted to sit near the fireplace but there were families lounging on chairs/couches in front of the fireplace which then resulted in us asking to sit elsewhere. The room was also a bit cold but we do understand it was a cold weather day and this is an old inn. Our server was very pleasant and attentive.

The ambiance was perfect for our “get together” with a dear friend. The waffles were the lightest and crispiest we had ever had…and topped with fresh strawberries and handmade whipped cream!!!

This is my second year for New Year's Brunch and was disappointed with the quality of the food versus previous years. Last year (2024) the food was much better and there were many more options versus this year (2025) it was a very poorly laid out buffet with very inexpensive options. I would have expected some higher end food choices both on the breakfast and lunch side not just waffles and omelets and pasta/chicken for $50 brunch. Will most likely not be returning in 2026. The worst was they added an auto tip of 18% on top of the tip we gave at 20% and this was not explained when the payment was tendered (nor clear on the receipt) so the waiter ended up with a 38% tip. Anyway, be careful and avoid our mistake.

Lovely venue. Good service and the brunch was a great value and delicious. Even the mimosas were with champagne instead of the usual Prosecco these days.
