Wie der Name es:senz schon verrät, geht es darum sich bei jedem Gericht auf das Wesentliche zu konzentrieren: Statt vieler verschiedener Komponenten kommen hier nur ausgesuchte Zutaten zum Einsatz, aus welchen das Beste ihres ursprünglichen Geschmacks herausgeholt wird.
