Outstanding—Evoke 1923 is my new favorite restaurant in Colorado! Perfect place for a date night or occasion. The atmosphere is rustic/historic and cozy. Servers were on their game and wonderful. They had a lovely pianist playing who came around to all the tables to say hello. The chef/owner personally came out to deliver the main meal and say hello as well. Food-wise, it was hands down one of the best meals we’ve had! Really creative recipes and flavor infusions. The matcha dumplings are a must. I had a Chilean sea bass special and my husband had the Hokkaido scallop ravioli dish, and both were out of this world. Wine and cocktail list were equally as great. Based on our first experience, Evoke 1923 was better than the Michelin star restaurants we’ve been to. I can’t wait to go back and try more on the menu!

What a perfect evening! Exquisite food, lovely presentation, and impeccable service. A cozy and cute ambience with live piano music made for a memorable experience. Also enjoyed meeting and was impressed by meeting the owner/chef, Rand.

My husband and I had wonderful dinner at Evoke this weekend! This is our third time in 2 months and we have truly enjoyed each experience and plan on being regular patrons. The chef's menu is new and exceptionally creative. The focaccia comes with a perfectly balanced marinara for dipping. We love the Sui Mai appetizer which is spicy with a lot of subtle flavors. We have had duck, elk, pork and I love love the wild mushroom chicken lasagna. Every dish we have ordered is beautifully presented with wonderful flavors and well proportioned. The staff is extremely attentive. The ambiance is very relaxing, with the fire in the stone fireplace and real candles on tables. We have been going to this restaurant for many years when it was The Bistro at Marshdale and had many good meals there but have gone less in the past few years as the menu had gotten tired. Reimagined as Evoke is a complete remake and a huge improvement! We are excited to have a new fine dining experience in Evergreen!

One of the best steaks I have ever had. The staff was friendly, engaging, and professional. We had not been there before, but we will definitely be going back as often as possible. Great restaurant!

Seated immediately next to fireplace, with great views of mountains. Appetizers were great and the special which was Chilean sea bass was exceptional. Presented with multiple flavors around the plate really made the sea bass stand out. Great service through entire evening which was wrapped up with 2 wonderful desserts. It was a very special fine dining experience!

House made focaccia bread was superb. Crispy fried shrimp were excellent. Blue fin tuna steak was fantastic. Very attentive, knowledgeable server. Menu items were brought in a timely fashion. Meal was enjoyed and we were not rushed. Noise level was not great due to a couple who were dining with their 3 young, unhappy children. No fault of the restaurant on that one. Restaurant was very cold when we arrived for our 5pm reservation. A fire was going in the fireplace, great for ambiance but not a real heat producer unless you were sitting very near to it. We wore coats for half of our meal before we took them off. If our reservation would have been later in the evening we would have been comfortable. The parking situation is a big turn off. It is a sloping, gravel area. The night we were there it had areas of ice and mud. There are no lights in the parking lot which makes navigating it a little tricky in the dark. I would give Evoke 5 stars if not for the uncomfortably cold restaurant and parking situation. This will be a restaurant I look forward to dining at again, only in the summer.
