Enjoy the best Latin cuisine from Chef Dan Corona on a journey created with passion and culinary art in one of the most elegant, romantic and historic spaces in Morelia. With strong influences from Oaxaca and Yucatán, to subtle notes from Peru to Cuba, Chef Corona incorporates diverse cultures and flavors with local products from Michoacán. A curated selection of wines by the glass, classic and original cocktails, local craft beers and premium spirits complement Chef Corona's bold flavors. Guests can dine by the fountain at “The Olive Court,” or by the fireplace at “The Rhythm Room” Bar. Reservations are recommended. Located in the heart of the Historic Center just 3 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas.

    Realmente el lugar es bellisimo, con una arquitectura colonial que hace que la estancia al comer sea agradable. La comida con una presentacion formidable. Buen sazón y sabor exquisito. La atención de primera y respeto con mi espacio personal., definitivamente regresaría de nuevo con mi familia o amistades.

    Restaurante Diego is exceptional. Tranquil ambience, a beautiful setting in the interior of a small colonial hotel apart from the chaos of el centro. Restrained, friendly, professional service. Chef Dan Corona is doing something amazing with food: reducing dishes to their component flavors and textures without deconstructing it to oblivion or esoterica. Pure food. Lovely. Not for those who love mounds of food smothered in salsas or sauces. The future of food is in Morelia, at Diego.

    Hermoso lugar en el centro de Morelia. El menú es pequeño pero las opciones son muy ricas. Es un concepto acogedor y distinto a lo común en la ciudad.
