   I am very disappointed in the decline in customer service at RH. When booking this reservation I noted it was to celebrate a birthday. Morning of my reservation I called to ask if they do anything for a birthday and was told they will put a candle on the dessert I order, which would have been great. When I arrived at the restaurant I reminded the host that we were here to celebrate a birthday and she confirmed it was on the reservation. When the ice cream came out after lunch that I ordered and paid for there was no candle, nothing. Again very disappointed in the lack of customer service and after coming to RH many times since its opening, I would no longer recommend this location to others.

   This was my third time eating at this RH. The first visit was not a good experience. The second was better but still had a few issues. Today, food and service were spot on.

   This is a beautiful, rooftop solarium restaurant that has abundant light. It has a very modern and open space design. It's a stunning visual as you climb the expansive staircase and arrive at the top. We had a reservation and were seated promptly. Our server was efficient and pleasant. All of our meals were well prepared. The food is fine, but nothing special. One big issue we had was that our meals all came at different times. There was only 3 of us so not exactly a large group. The first item served were my french fries, which were the side to my sandwich. Then, my mom got her salad. About 5-10 minutes later, my sister and I were served our meals. It was very awkward. I strongly suggest the restaurant address this issue. The real experience is the beautiful setting. The restaurant was completely full with diners at 2:30pm. in the afternoon on a Thursday. The one downside is the noise. It's hard to hear your own conversations. And it feels quite "bougie". But, prices are reasonable. Perfect for a holiday lunch or celebration.

   Tasty food if one likes lots of salt and butter. The server asked sparkling or flat water and I answered flat. She then asked if bottle was okay, which was a first for me, and I said yes because I didn’t want to feel cheap (it was my son’s birthday). She then arrived with a bottle and filled our big glasses to the top. I almost thought she wouldn’t have enough to fill four glasses. She finishes the bottle in one pour and then leaves an other opened bottle on the table. I didn’t want to throw away my $11 / bottle (including tip and employee surcharge) water so I ended up skipping wine. It seemed clear to me she did this (most likely because management taught her to do this) to sell me another bottle of $11 flat water. This upsets me particularly since I just returned from Calgary where both flat and sparkling water was served at no charge. She also asked if I was finished and wanted to take my food away while the rest of the table was in the middle of finishing their food. The room is nice, people were having a good time, but I just wished the restaurant cared more about the customer and less about the short-term bottom line.

   After all the months of anticipation, RH has not disappointed. I have had many lunches and dinners at this beautiful restaurant and the food and service are always perfect.

    Had dinner for first time recently, struck by beauty of restaurant but also how it is very loud so difficult to maintain a normal conversation. Ribeye and shrimp entrees were great and enjoyed the broccolini and asparagus. Service was very good. Not sure will return too soon unless they can think of a way to make it less loud.
