Richmond Station is a stopping place—a bustling neighbourhood restaurant in Toronto's downtown core. We are committed to delicious food and excellent hospitality. Founded by Top Chef Canada winner Carl Heinrich, Richmond Station is an ingredient-focused and technique-driven neighbourhood restaurant steps from the Eaton Centre and Yonge-Dundas Square. Our open kitchen invites guests to witness the craftsmanship that goes into every plate, from our signature Station Burger to our rotating chef's tasting menu.

Whether you're joining us for a casual lunch, an intimate dinner, or a celebratory gathering, Richmond Station offers a warm atmosphere that makes all feel welcome. We believe that exceptional service is an integral part of our dining experience, which is why we operate with a "hospitality included" model. This means that gratuities are not accepted, as the service cost is already reflected in our pricing. For parties of 8 or more, please email reservations@richmondstation.ca.

Great place and interesting dishes. The tasting menu should include a larger main dish.

Heard a lot of great things about this place - particularly as they offer a lot of gluten free choices but unfortunately, it did NOT live up to expectations. First, the ambience is non-existent. The place has all white walls with drab art and pictures - nothing interesting to look at.. Second, the noise level was deafening. One can forgive or ignore the first two if the food is outstanding no such luck. The salmon appetizers were very good but for the main course I ordered the pork loin duo at $45 and my wife ordered the chicken at $42. For those prices - you want to taste main dishes that are hard to replicate in your own kitchen. Both dishes - I could make it taste way better and at a fraction of the cost. The pork loin was tough and flavourless and the pork sausage tasted like anything I could buy from a grocery store and make taste better in my oven or my bar-b-q. The potato squares were great but the beets were nothing special. My wife’s chicken dish which I tasted was OK but flavourless. The service was outstanding -attentive and prompt. When you go to a highly rated restaurant, you want to taste/experience desserts that you normally wouldn’t eat; or it is hard & complicated to make the same dishes at home. When it came to desserts, they had 5 options. Two have been around for like 40 years: Carrot cake and Tiramisu. Really, it is 2025 and they are still offering desserts that I could have had in the year 2000 or before. The other options 3 looked interesting but at $20 a pop - they needed to be something extraordinary. Overall, disappointed!

What a great find! We had a great burger which was smaller than usual but the patty was thick and juicy and the condiments very complimentary. There was a good selection of wines and we all loved our selections. The best thing was that service was included in the price so no tipping at the end. Although the prices seem higher than other restaurants, the bill was about the same. The servers are very attentive and friendly. We will go back.

Went for a celebratory business lunch. Overall decent lunch menu although prices may be a bit steep and over some company budgets. I had the duck confit which was delicious and perfectly cooked although would have preferred different sides. The almond cake didn't quite do it for me. My friend had the Station burger and for the first time ever it didn't wow. The burger was great but the fries weren't - no parmesan or rosemary, not salted enough and overdone. They were hard. Wish the fudge was included at lunch too!

1st time visitor. Great place for an amazing burger and very friendly wait staff. They make you feel like a regular. I would go here for a romantic dinner but perfect for a night out with friends or even in unpretentious business dinner with a nice glass of wine. By the way, the fries should be illegal! Can’t stop eating them with their home made aioli mayo.
